1. Schedule and Secure Your Session

Visit our booking site.

Check out the dates and times available for your session.

Select your date and time and fill out the information form.

Secure your session by paying a 50% deposit online.

For all Specials and. Mini Sessions, full payment is required and is non-refundable.

Available payment options are as follows: Square, ACH, Debit/Credit.

2. Contract

Once your session is booked, you will recieve the photography contract via email.

We ask that you review and sign the contract electronically to solidify your session and its details.

3. Communication Before Your Session

Please expect to receive reminders via email about your session. These reminders will go out 120 hours, 72 hours, and 48 hours before your session. It includes information on how to get ready for your session, payment, and our rescheduling/cancellation policy.

The time between booking your session and your first reminder email is the perfect opportunity to prepare for your session!

Here are a few things that you can do to prepare.

1. Create a Mood Board on Pinterest

2. Find Inspo and Poses that you may want to do.

3. Purchase Props for your session.

4. Location Scouting If your session is on-location.

These few tips can help bring your vision to life and ensure that your session goes smoothly.

FAQs

  • To ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for both parties involved, we highly recommend booking your photo session with us in advance. By securing your booking 3-5 weeks before your desired session date, you allow us the necessary time for detailed session planning and preparation. Additionally, booking in advance allows us sufficient time to capture, edit, and deliver your final photos to you promptly and to the highest standards of quality.

    For weddings, 8-12 months in advance.

  • The initial deposit is collected via Square when you book a session. The remaining balance can be paid via Square or Cash; prior to or on the day of the shoot.

  • There is a $.75 cent/mile fee for any locations outside of Lafayette, LA. The additional fee will be added to your remaining balance. If the location of your shoot is more than 30 miles outside of Lafayette city limits, please contact us prior to scheduling your appointment to make sure long-distance travel is available for your date.

  • The typical turnaround for edits is 14 business days. This timeline begins after the client submits their selection, not from the date of the shoot. Depending on the current demand, selections may be finished sooner.

  • Absolutely! Additional edits can be purchased.

    • 1 for $25

    • 3 for $70 

    • 5 for $100

    • 7 for $150

    • 10 for $180

    • 11+ will be discounted to $15/image

  • We are not responsible for any props that are required for the event or service provided. However, we understand the importance of props in enhancing the overall experience and are willing to accommodate any specific prop requests made by the client. Please note that any additional props requested beyond what is initially agreed upon may be subject to an additional fee. It is the client's responsibility to provide any necessary props unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
